Why cant Sasuke protect deva with susanoo to be in the way of itachi from MS snipes then deva pull naruto so that sasuke can one shot him with bow?

Susano'o activation, and Tsukuyomi are both instant, so it depends on Sasuke' s starting position, even then, Yata mirroe, and Totsuka Blade from the jump could seal Sasuke away, especially in a large target like Susano'o. Tsukuyomi to Deva after.

Itachi's counter to CT if deva is capable of getting it off is by sealing the chakra with Totsuka blade,

again what exactly it it doing to deva? only reason sound gen worked on the paths is because jman physically went out of his way to stab them. a 1 second mind fck isn't doing jack shit to a path, the only genjutsu of any real use is the one he used on oro, since it carries the same properties as the sound gen

Again... My comment is in context of what the guy said about rinnegan resistance, not the thread itself. but since you brought it up, I think you forget to realize that tsukuyomi at it's fundamental state is still just genjutsu, which includes manipulation, brainwash or knock out.

Pain and Sasuke win mid-high diff in S1. Sasuke can hold Itachi off. V4 can't break through V3 just like that nor do any of Itachi's other jutsu work on Sasuke. Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, other forms of Genjutsu and Ninjutsu are all countered by Sasuke's own MS and Susanoo. Pain can still use things like BT and ST from inside Sasuke's Susanoo, and even w/o CST he's strong enough to easily repel any of Itachi or Naruto's attacks. So eventually Itachi can't hold a strong enough Susanoo and then Kirin blows him and Naruto to hell.

Sasuke and Pain easily win in S2. Sasuke w/ V4>Itachi w/ V4. More stamina, more firepower. Pain can chill in Sasuke's Susanoo and nuke Itachi and Naruto w/ CST or one shot w/ CT. All Genjutsu attempts are prevented by Sasuke so we can forget about that being a factor here.
