How strong is adult Konohamaru?

Well, he has potential thats for sure, he is from famous Sarutobi clan, and he is probably very versatile ninja like his grandfather, on other hand Sakura is medical ninja and she don't have any atacking jutsu, so I assume he can beat her.

Depending on his relevance to the story... I'd give him mid to elite jonin since he is the leader of Boruto, Sarada, and Mitzuki.

So he must have some level of ability.

i think it all depends on if the writer turns him into a hiruzen/naruto mixture and if so for sure he will be kage level

You are right, but, if he learn how to use it properly, combined with some other nature afinitys he can be very lethal, maybe he can learn summoning jutsu of sarutobi clan, and monkey king Enma is very powerful summoning.

I am certainly sure he will be a way stronger then low jonin, because you can't be sensei of prodigys if you are fodder ninja, all strong team's had a very strong sensei in Naruto series.
