The only ability the Byakugan has that surpasses the Sharingan is its telescopic ability.

No manga feats suggest the Byakugan is better than the Sharingan in any other field. I mean shit, Sasuke could see down to the cellular level. The sharingan can see into the consciousness of enemies. It can analyze and reproduce any non KKG ability it's ever been witness to.

If anything, claiming the Byakugan is better requires the burden of proof, not the other way around.

It's stated in the manga it's insight is superior. What else is there to argue?

Most Shinobi would also probe enemies by engaging in fist fights first, and shown with Kidomaru, the Hyuga's white eyes aren't enough for people to realize they're Gentle Fist users, so it can end before the opponent as the chance to go all out.

Neji was the 4th strongest Genin by the time Part 1 end, right behind Gaara, Sasuke and Naruto. In Part 2 he's the strongest out of the K11 until Naruto learns Rasen Shuriken, then Lee surpasses him with the 6th Gate. Sasuke at the very beginning of Part 2 eclipsed Neji's strength. Then Sakura surpasses him with Byakugo. Then Chouji surpasses him with Butterfly Mode and Calorie Counting. In the grand scheme of things he's bottom tier as much as it hurts his fans to hear it.

Let me know when rotation can take on five Mokuton enhanced Susano'o blades from Madara at the same time.

It blocked and knocked away the Juubi's hand. If you read the chapter, you'll even see it completely knocked it away, even causing it to flip upside down. Considering it was said a Perfect Susano'O slash is equivalent in power to a Bijuu's tail, the Juubi's hand would obviously be superior. Considering Rotation not only blocks like the sand, but it's also thicker than Gaara's small wall of sand, meaning more force would be needed to break through it, and it also has a repelling effect that Gaara's sand lacks, so that potentially makes it even more superior.

2 Rotations > Juubi Hand > Bijuu Tail = PS Sword > Gaara's Sand > Susnao'O sword

Sasuke vs Neji part 1 would be an interesting fight.

Naruto's advantage vs neji was shadow clones and i sitll dont see how he lost that fight lol

I'd say Hiashi and Neji were on par with each other in the war arc.

Meanwhile Hinata has proven that she has surpassed Hiashi during TL.

War arc Neji doesn't stand much of a chance against her now.
