The Third Raikage was a tall, dark-skinned man with a largely muscular and well-defined build. He had a full head of white hair which flowed into his back along with a long beard. He had unusual eyes, which had green irides, dark sclerae and no pupils. His face has pronounced cheekbones and tear troughs under his eyes, and a prominent crease across his forehead with a mole above his right eyebrow. His top lip also had a darker pigmentation than the bottom one. His canine teeth were also slightly elongated. He has the kanji for "lightning" (雷, kaminari) tattooed on his right shoulder. Following a battle with the Eight-Tails, the Third Raikage also gained a lightning bolt-shaped scar that runs across the right side of his chest. His typical attire consisted of Kumogakure's distinctive, single-strap flak jacket with no other clothing underneath, a black forehead protector that he wore like a bandanna and a thick rope tied around his waist; with this he also wore dark blue sweat pants. It was also shown that at some point in the past, he wore bandages on his forearms.

The Third Raikage is a calm and seemingly level-headed person. He is also a man of honour as seen when he became outraged when Mū tells Ōnoki to take advantage of the Allied Shinobi Forces after it is disbanded. He is also a very proud and caring individual who will readily use himself as a shield or "go-between" to protect his comrades. This was also exemplified when it was revealed that after he received a scar from fighting the Eight-Tails, not even his son asked him about it in detail, out of his respect for his father's pride. He, like the other Kage, was upset that he has to fight people from his own village but at the same time he had a lot of confidence and believed that the new generation would be able to surpass and defeat them. He cared greatly for the people of his village, as he made it a personal responsibility to subdue the Eight-Tails whenever it would go on a rampage, as well as fought against ten thousand enemies single-handedly just to allow his comrades to escape to safety. The Third also greatly admires ninja who are very skilled as seen when he congratulated the Fourth Kazekage for having such a strong son.

Being idolized as Lightning is a testament to Ay's inhuman ability in Lightning manipulation and its astounding usage. Ay is very proficient in Lightning release in an extent than normal Lightning Specialists can stand up to his mastery of the element. He is capable of using all Lightning techniques without seals up to B-rank and also gains a passive +20 to all Lightning jutsu which shows how deadly his Lightning Release is against others. Ay is the creator of Black Lightning, a special lightning that is dark in color and has no weakness to Wind release which only himself and his student can use very well. Not only is Ay highly proficient in his primary affinity, Lightning ; He has also found diverse ways to augment his primary element with Water release which acts as a supplementary element that can deliver shocking effects and enhance his overall Lightning Usage.

➧Taijutsu
Ay possessed high taijutsu prowess, being able to defeat several shinobi in one move, having enormous speed and strength that preceeds most shinobi and overall being able to dodge extremely fast elemental projectiles with ease. Ays most impressive and renowned trait was his extremely durable body, earning the name, the "strongest shield" (最強の盾, saikyō no tate ). His body is very strong and resilient, being described as the perfect shield. As such, he is left completely undamaged by B Rank Ninjutsu and Taijutsu (elemental in nature or not) and below. With it, Ay could withstand nearly any type of technique and easily brush off attacks that actually damaged him even those of Wind Release. He could even survive being transported by the life-risking Heavenly Transfer Technique, a feat replicated by only a few individuals. He is undoubtedly an immensely powerful shinobi and is recognised as Kumo's greatest asset as he is being able to combat an army of ten thousand ninja while having an enormous chakra reserve of +400 to his default chakra pool. His high stamina can allow him to fight non-stop for three consecutive days and nights before finally collapsing, something normal shinobis could only achieve with drug enhancers.
➧ Kenjutsu
Vulcan is a highly-skilled user in a large variety of weapons such Tonfas and arrows, kusarigama, chains, wire strings and others. Soon after this new version of himself was created, Ay has a highly proficient skill in kenjutsu able to wield a pair of sacred swords and using it efficiently. He can also enhance his physical tools channeling lightning natured chakra through them. Being born ambidextrous, Ay is able to wield weapons such as his swords and kunais with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword he usually switches hands a lot due to being so used to using two swords at once. He also specializes in Kumo Style Kenjutsu, a field he excels in. His pair of blades are always on him and are capable of conducting Lightning chakra through them effectively.
➧ 胆 Way of the Divergent:
Hakai has learned the divergent style straight from the creator Hibari. During
Hibari's time in Kumogakure he gifted the Sandaime with a pair of specially crafted steel- plated tonfa blades known as black which are always found on the Raikage where ever he goes.

The Third's rule was punctuated by the berserk attacks of the Eight-Tails but as Kumogakure couldn't afford to dispose of such a valuable war deterrent, he was forced to look for a suitable jinchūriki in quick succession, after the conclusion of each rampage. During one of these attacks, the Third fought the Eight-Tails alone, allowing his comrades to escape. Their battle resulted in the Raikage receiving a self-inflicted wound to the chest after he collapsed upon his own hand, which became his life's shame. Since this event, he made it a personal duty to combat the Eight-Tails whenever its jinchūriki lost control, with even his son eventually becoming part of the group that supported him during these occurrences. He chose to seal the Eight-Tails in the Kohaku no Jōhei, resulting in his nephew's death, hoping that someone else would have more success in controlling it. Between these attacks, the Third held try-outs along with Dodai in order to search for a tag-team partner for his son, which was a long-standing tradition for the Raikage. As the exercise was seemingly going to end in failure again, he lamented the fact that this would have been unnecessary if A had an actual brother. After seeing the dummy's head finally fall off, he looks on at B and his son, glad that they had finally found a suitable candidate. Ultimately, when Killer B was made the jinchūriki, the Eight-Tails' rampages were at long last brought to an end. At some point he also mentored Darui, passing the secrets of the Black Lightning technique down to just him.

The Lightning Release Chakra Mode
雷遁チャクラモー Raiton Chakura Mōdo ➺The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which instead of being used offensively is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed
the user can achieve. This mode when combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilise nintaijutsu to the extent that when using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of Ay's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. It has been referred to as Lightning Release Body Flicker (雷遁の瞬身, Raiton no Shunshin ) and using it he can even dodge fast moving projectiles and close attacks at point blank range. This mode also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing if not completely negating damage from incoming attacks.

The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

The Hell Stab 地獄突き Jigokuzuki ➺ The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion which together allows him to pierce a target in a manner somewhat similar to either the Chidori or Lightning Cutter. The intensity, size and strength of the technique can be proportionally increased by reducing the number of fingers involved.

The total number of fingers involved in the attack inversely correlates with the overall intensity and power of the technique. With less fingers being used, the technique becomes stronger.
Four-Finger Nukite: A decently strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely four of A's fingers. This strike is powerful enough to break through a variety of robust defences with relative ease.
Three-Finger Nukite: A fairly strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely three of A's fingers. This strike is effective against even malleable materials that usually handle an attack by dissipating its force.
Two-Finger Nukite: An exceptionally strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave powerful enough to send objects within short range of it flying backwards some meters.
One-Finger Nukite: A lightning-infused thrust known as the "strongest spear" and performed with one finger. The sheer concentration of lightning chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the finger in a lone point. It is powerful enough to easily sever all of Gyūki's tails during an encounter, and in a single instance, at that. In addition, it is able to pierce even the Third's Lightning Release Chakra Mode and leave a prominent scar.

Iris,iris ショウ 菖 ➺ An ancient weapon in form of a piece of clothing gifted to him by a crimson eyed acquaintance, Kurapika who gained it after battling for several nights nonstop finally discovering the ancient relic, a cloak that goes by the name of Iris, an embodiment of death and suffering itself and an attire that seems to be made of tormented souls. The cloak has an array of offensive and defensive abilities which is always on him at all times even when not stated before a fight. It takes the form of the Raikage's primary clothing (as his pics depicts)that is, a single-strap flak jacket and a thick rope tied around his waist; with a matching dark blue sweat pants and his forearms covered in bandages. Basically he's wearing Iris.

Description: Iris is a cloak said to be forged from darkness itself , it's black in colour and it fits itself to the height and desires such as color, shape, size and accessories e.g hood of the user which if used correctly allows the user to camouflage with his surroundings although ninjas of higher rank, can easily spot the user, the camouflage only masks the user's appearance, it doesn't mask chakra, sound, scent etc, when viewed up close, the cloak seems to be made of several tormented souls each trying to break free from the cloak, the true substance used to create the cloak is unknown but it is known the cloak can passively block basic ninja tools without sustaining so much as a scratch. Iris has only one special ability and that is the ability to create chakra human figures out of itself, it is rumored that it's simply the cloak releasing a soul and forcing it to do the user's bidding, these figures are black as night (Like an human with no face nor hair then covered completely in black paint), these figures also bend and move the same way the human body does i.e the joints and movements and they vary in height and body proportion(still within humanly possibilities), plus they pack quite a punch possessing with each attack counting as A rank similarly to how an earth golem's freeform attack depends on its rank e.g A rank golem freeform = A rank damage . Each chakra human figure counts as A rank Wind and costs the user 30 chakra per usage , also, each figure must be short range from Iris at all times or it'll simply vanish and if the user chooses, he might decide not to create the figure fully i.e creating upper body etc the it still counts as A rank
~ Only one chakra figure can be created at a time and it costs user 30 chakra plus it counts as a move and each figure stays for a turn before running outta chakra and vanishing.

If this explanation doesn't work, then, The wind chakra in the figures is so concentrated that the conc blue chakra appears to black
