Author is implying that Boruto has Senjutsu chakra dormant within him, I think it also confirms his eye is more powerful than Byakugan because it relies on more power.


So basically, anime confirmed Boruto inherited Senjutsu from either Naruto or Momo, in either case he will most likely have six path senjutsu.

I'm thinking cause it's a special eye like Sasuke's Rinnegan, Hamura had a same type of body as Hagoromo, maybe now that a Hyuga has special Senjutsu he will awaken Hamura's dormant powers

I've had an idea that Boruto had senjutsu in him from birth thanks to Naruto(though it could be because of Momo) and my reasoning was his ability to throw his Rasengan. Adding futon shouldn't have allowed Boruto to be able to throw the rasengan just like it wasn't able to let Naruto throw it. It wasn't until Naruto incorporated senjutsu into his rasengan that it was able to hold shape to be thrown. So the fact that Boruto was able to throw his Rasengan was a big indicator to me that he was subconsciously using senjutsu in his rasengan much the same way he was subconsciously using a chakra nature.

I think you're looking at it the wrong way. There could possibly be a number of factors as to why Boruto can throw his Rasengan, when Naruto couldn't do it until reaching Sage Mode level. It could be determined on the Rasengan itself, while both are classified as S-Rank difficulty abilities, only Naruto's version shown S-Rank level power. Boruto's only feat comes from it being incredibly small, and not on a Rasengan's normal size.

In my opinion he's able to throw it because:

> Chakra size isn't the same.
> Maybe he can because "blah blah Prodigy excuse"
> Vanishing Rasengan just operates that way with no given reason.

But obviously he doesn't have Sage Mode yet, or, I have this weird feeling in the back of my head that he won't ever have Sage Mode.
