Did Konoha know Kakashi has Kamui and MS since he was kid?

I think he know about about his MS before Itachi or deidara arc just he dont know Kamui, he first shown his MS during deidara pursuit without any special emotional tragedy which is suppose as requirement for MS.

No it doesn't. Even if he used it, he would pass out in the middle of battle and then they'd probably just kill him.

he got it the same time as obito but didnt use because he didnt have the chakra to use ms at the time
