I would like to entertain the idea that Kisame can absorb chakra and he himself possesses strong chakra. That is why I consider the Susanoo being able to stand unaffected by Jyuuken. It all comes down to which chakra is stronger.

Susanoos are strong but it can be damaged and does not regenerate automatically unless the user forms it anew or advances it to next state

Don't know bout Hebi cause when Sasuke gained the Mangekyo on up I didn't care about lame battle moves and strategies. So Hebi Sasuke, Sharingan Kakashi and War arc Neji would make for a good battle. Neji might have a good chance against Hebi, tho I don't care about his weak power level that far back in the Manga.
