The Saiyan god is a form. A state of power achieved beyond what he could do before. Think of it like going from normal Saiyan to super Saiyan. He trained and fought his way to achieve that state and doesn't require others to reach it.

Spirit bomb is a technique. He can do it in any form. Even if it requires the Ki of living things. It's like a team up. Where as Saiyan godhood was something he could not achieve unless others helped him get there.

It's that Saiyan pride yo. Their greatest strength, their greatest weakness.

SSJblue however is achievable without other saiyans being in a ritual with you.
Indeed SSJgod (red) requires other saiyans.

Forming a spirit bomb requires more from the user than than achieving ssjgod though.
As creating the spirit bomb isnt that easy to do. You need the skill to create it and before that learn the technique.
Whereas SSJgod is basically just a ritual that takes some time and other purehearted saiyans.
