Rsm avatar is the same size and stamina as Bsm and Bm naruto avatar. The biggest difference between Bsm and Rsm is that the real kyubi itself can gather natural energy for naruto's attacks.

Either way the jyubi itself is infinite mass of six path natural energy with massive amount of chakra seconded to kaguya in full.
jyubi is still so much greater in power, but a wild biju is a wild biju that can't focus its power which makes it look weaker than it actually is.

We saw Kurama tail is equal to Sasuke PS sword. And we know PS sword can cut mountains while it was said that Kurama tail can smash mountain. Do you think Juubi can focus her power into tail to smash mountain.

Perfect Susanoo itself is said to rival biju power as well, so kurama's tail being able to smash mountains and Prect Susanoo being able to cut them makes sense. The jyubi like any other biju cannot focus its power correctly and makes it easier to beat with brute force or kekkai genkai. However it does have more power to destroy just mountains, it can level out a whole country with one blast.

The only time we've seen the full focus over the jyubi's power is through jyubi jinchuuriki's which are said to have the power to shape the land.

Rsm avatar would be more durable and be physically stronger since its mixed with senjutsu, it wouldnt be a large increase but i imagine similar to the power upgrade naruto gets is bsm compared to bm
