No living Hyuuga has the same potent chakra as Kaguya to actually destroy a Susano'o.

She uses Gentle Fist, it isn't exclusive to the Hyuga. OP didn't even bring up the Hyuga, just the technique, which, again, Kaguya uses.

Juken is meant to completely stop the user from using chakra for the rest of the fight, in other words it failed because Naruto was still able to use chakra afterwards.
