Beating a pregnant woman is problematic, but there's no evidence tying him to such an action aside from the woman herself, and women arent infamous for falsely accusing others of rape or domestic violense so we should take her word for it rather than letting the court system come to a legal conclusion. There's also evidence and witnesses that support that she received her injuries from a fight and accused Xxxtentacion of said injuries to profit off the situation.

Oddly enough X got out of prison and didn't even face trial. Weird right? Its almost as if he didn't do it, but that would mean people were spreading a lie, so that can't be it.
