This should be pretty simple... or not. Just post below how strongly you feel about yourself. Do you like yourself but not too much, dislike yourself, love yourself, hate yourself, or just neutral about yourself.

There will be a poll soon.

NOTICE: If you want to share why you like or don't like yourself then you can. You don't have to though.

You cant really hate yourself as a whole, only certain aspects of yourself

I do love myself.

Doesn't mean I think I'm perfect or that I'm above change, but there's a lot for me to like about what I am, or at least enough anyway.

I feel okay about myself. I'm really pleased with my looks for the most part, but my personality is too *****y for my own good.

I like myself very much. I'm beautiful, smart, strong, successful, nice, generous, loyal and humble

I work on identifying and improving my strengths and weaknesses, but try not to harshly judge myself. When I was a teenager I was quite unhappy with myself. Over time we can develop negative core beliefs (i.e., I don't deserve to be happy, I'm ugly, I'm a failure/I'm perfect, Everyone else is an idiot, Everyone is out for themselves) that trickle down into our daily thoughts and impact how we interpret social interactions and others' perception of ourselves.

That's a good way to look at it, I try to improve all aspects of myself as well but I'm pretty lazy too.

Even though I like myself, there's always room for perfection and improvement
