Technically he's not a ninja of any village. He doesn't even wear his crest anymore.
I am not so sure about Orochimaru but Sasuke sure would. And ofc he's with the ninja alliance but the leaf takes priority over the rest. Besides his daughter is a genin of the leaf and he cares for her.
What? Lol I'm not saying the leaf doesnt take priority, just that it is not limited to the leaf.
Even the other villages are not limited to themselves anymore and are cooperating and working together with each other for the sake of a united ninja world, same goes for Sasuke. So what's your point?
My point is that Sasuke does that regardless of circumstance. Besides Gaara, no other kage would rush to the leaf and help them. The only reason they fought was because they were there.
He does that on Naruto's wish and because he's a ninja of the leaf, but above all to repent for the crimes he committed in the past. And the villages would rush to each others help if they're informed of an attack over another village. That's what alliances are for lol.
lmao But you're just saying stuff we already know. And, I wouldn't say he acts on Narutos wishes. If anything, like hes always done, he does whatever he wants and occasionally might he contact Naruto. And anime or not, political alliances only last as long as everybody gets what they want or has no immediate chance for a takeover. Lol like how the sand and leaf were allies (given they won't do it under current leadership) but still attacked them. Orochimaru or not.
Well as long as he's working for the sake of Konoha he's been given a free hand. Anyway its quite clear from gaiden that he went on a secret mission to gather intel on Momo.
