Exactly only 1 of them could get the job done.. when they fought at the valley of the end that was more then enought power from either of them to take on a whole village.. back when pain took konoha look how easy it was.. you think naruto with rikudo sagemode and kyuubi couldnt take a whole village ???
And dont get me started on sasuke the guy could make a perfect sussanno with amateratsu and would never be touched by any shinobi in any village except for naruto!

Realistically it would take all 5 villages and even then naruto or sasuke could still take them 1 vs alll. hahahahah

If we look past Naruto and Sasuke. The Leaf still boast some of the strongest shinobi clans. Like for instance the Hyuga clan, the Sarutobi clan and so on. The leaf can go on par with any nation.

I believe the fourth Raikage is actually pretty easy to kill. Sure he has alot of physical power, but he is so hot headed. Look at what happend to his arm in the fight against Sasuke.

Shikamaru would easily find a way to exploit such a fatal character flaw.

Without Naruto and Sasuke? I'm giving it to Hidden Cloud. Their army numbers are ridiculous. Raikage would still be able to fight considering his lineage's stamina, old age and durability.

what? All the heroes who fought the goddess of their world is from the Leaf village.
Even Karui realised how strong the Leaf village is (which is why Karui chose to become a refugee to Konoha)
