to be hokage you must be stronger than akatsuki..i look that all hokage are weak comparing to akatsuki member..

the strong hokage only naruto, hokage 1 and hokage 2..all other hokageare thrash

Minato beat strongest akatsuki member. Tobirama can as well. Hashirama can as well. Naruto can as well. That leaves kakashi, hiruzen and Tsunade. Well hiruzen can also beat a lot of memebers till kisame and itachi's level. Well that makes 5/7 powerful hokages. What else do you want?

Sarutobi is stronger than most of the akatsuki members and can fight on par with the strongest members...
Kakashi, since he lost the eyes, he got weaker. However he still can win against some members, and with both ms eyes he can destroy all of the akatsuki.

Everyone who underestimates Hiruzen do so based on the fact that we only really got to experience him in his old age and have no idea that his quality was really watered down by the writer because of this, he was legendary in his prime. Also with the tough fight that Tsunade gave Edo Madara, I'd say she'd do well enough against Akatsuki. the only person I can't speak for is Kakashi.

All hokages are strong:

First Hokage : You who have read the manga will know how strong this guy is
Second Hokage : Same as above, even Orochimaru (who is ex-member of Akatsuki) got feared from his chakra burst alone
Third Hokage : He can stalemate Orochimaru (who was using edo tensei) even though he was weakening due to being old.
Fourth Hokage: His speed was almost unmatched (except for Naruto) , he also has bijuu mode like Naruto .
Fifth Hokage : Tsunade is actually strong when she started using byakugou (she can just recklessly fight her opponent with her immense strength go without worrying to die)
Sixth Hokage : yeahh he's weak now . But when he got his Dual Mangenkyou Sharingan , even Naruto/Sasuke will face high difficulty against him
Seventh Hokage : He is the title name of the manga
