No the logic is itachi has one of the best reflexes in the manga. Ftg isnt enough. Logic is if minato has no idea about tskuyomi,amaterasu and susanoo he loses badly. U dumb af if u think speed is enough to beat him when itachi is one of the fastest. Characters himself:|
