wow I just checked, sakura's is higher than sasuke's. Hmm. I'm pretty sure it's a different type of intelligence probably book smarts cause kakashi noted she would qualify as a genjutsu user which requires high intelligence and part 1 sasuke did say he was impressed by her analytical skills during the chuunin exam written test. But I highly doubt she could be as sharp minded as someone whose been fighting kage lvls from start to finish of shippuden so he has to be smarter.
