Not a factor unless Naruto is submerged in water, and Water Dome is the only way to to do that. Though Naruto can easily escape Kisame's water dome with mass clone spam and support from toads. Not to mention Kurama's power is enough to let him heal from a stab through the chest so electrocution isn't going to kill him or even do any serious lasting damage.

Meanwhile Naruto has homing FRS and variants and he's faster and stronger than he was in the war. And he has support from the toad sages. Kisame only adds pressure here because of water dome.

We have to remember that the whole reason kakuzu was paired with hidan is because he killed all of his other partners during battle, so he;d probably kill kisame with some attack during a scuffle between kisame and naruto, attempting to kill naruto. then naruto would probably proceed to stomp Kakuzu. As far as team efforts by the two? there would be none Kakuzu doesn't do teamwork.

I assumed he was alot stronger than non-adult SM Naruto so it was a bad matchup anyways but it would still take time to escape WD regardless of how he does it.
