I think Byakogou will substitute the need for eye transplant, the Yin seal has Hashi-level healing feats so should keep MS from going blind like Hashi cells. Tsunade proved it can be used to rejuvenate the body even when it's de-activated (it's how she keeps her youthful looks)

Agree OP. Appearently it takes one with great chakra control and intelligence to be able to use genjutsu which kakashi noted sakura was capable of. If that part of sakura is inherited to sarada with sasuke's potency and sharingan, she could be as good with genjutsu as itachi. (smh, I play way too much fire emblem)

Why he needed fodder genes if Sasuke is genjutsu type by hymself ? Sorry but Sakuras genes are useless for Salad.
