Ability in all Five Nature Alterations, Ability in all Hiden (clan techniques), Genjutsu, Ability in all Ninjutsu existing in Konoha which explains his reputation as the professor. His title of Professor is no joke, hence the essence of Hiruzen is his talent with ninjutsu. Everyone in the village is his family member

The bold I agree, however to say that he cannot use the Hiden Techniques is going against Kishi's words from the latest Databook. It was a direct statement that he can use the Hiden techniques.

With 2 or 3 clones he can create any KKG or KKT the leaf has.

Also why would he use those fodder abilities when Neutralizer 1 shot:

KCM Edo Minato 100%
Hashirama to 50% power
Tobirama to 50% power

Due to his old age it took a tole on Hiruzen but he still had enough strength to troll Orochimaru

I'm positive that it's not. It could be the forbidden scrolls that the first hokage left. Because I have no seen him implying that he can use any of the following moves. He can't grow in size, he can't mind transfer, he can't manipulate bugs, or even extend his shadow.

It's fiction. That DBIV doesn't even remotely imply that he actually performed those Jutsus. That is not proof at all. In fact, it negates everything stated in part I.
