And if Sound Genjutsu is used, then still a user can know very easily that he is under Genjutsu. Genjutsu Kai is useless. You need another Sharingan to resist it, and if the user of the Sharingan is not the original user, then he's still susceptible to Genjutsu like in Danzo's case despite possessing several Sharingans.
One requires another user to break one and Tailed beasts and large summons are not free from it as well. So, unless you are not an Uchiha, you really have nothing much going for yourself.

Sasuke put Jugo under Genjutsu when he flew off the handle at the inn as he was pulling in NE at that very moment; he was transforming, actually. The question is quite generic. Genjutsu is of various types and and used by various genjutsu users. The question is like asking which shinobi would lose to ninjutsu or taijutsu. The question itself is invalid and has many different answers in different situations.
A lot of y'all are confusing immunity with avoidance, SM users and sensors can avoid genjutsu but they're NOT immune to it. If they get caught they're screwed, unlike perfect Jins and dojutsu users.
