Itachi is full power, because ET restricted every ET Summon real powers.

Canon isnt fair if Itachi and EMS Sasuke didnt try to overpower him because of ET.

Kabuto obviously wins without much difficulty. even though i place kabuto and Edo Itachi in the same general level ,kabuto is like a perfect counter to Itachi.

-Genjutsu is countered by snake lids .
-Amatrasu is countered by Oro's kuarami.
-Susano attacks are easily evaded as in canon or countered by water body transformation of hozuki clan .
-since Irachi isnt an Edo here and fight still takes place in a cave ,white rage paralyzes and blinds itachi then muki tensi or kimmimaru's surabi no mai kills him .
-Sound Genjutsu is still an option but i think Itachi can break through this by pain .

Itachi was able to deal with White rage and he was able to deal with Muki Tensei without knowledge via Susanoo so he'd have no problems doing such here and Itachi can pretty much deal with whatever Kabuto tries. With his speed and clone feints and what not he should be able to cause enough distractions for Kabuto in that he eventually stabs Kabuto with the Totsuka blade and put him in the bottle with Orochimaru and Nagato.
