Madara does have the battle experience & tactical advantage, but he doesn't have the power advantage though. I mean, it's true we never saw madara's full power, but I highly doubt it's even close to kaguya's ETSB. That thing was going to wipe out her dimension, which contained a planet at least. Madara could give her some trouble, but he isn't going to beat her. Especially, if kaguya brings out ETSB.

oh but it wasn't unfair for a shinobi to inject hashirama's cell to try and get power of that alien's son and later the alien herself

well we have sasuke saying her chakra is on another level, we have hagoromo saying kaguya is stronger than him, we also know she posses almost anything madara has but quite a few but on a grander scale.

But the thing is they are both immortal, meaning they both can't kill eachother, so it would be an endless fight of madara being curved until he finally gets stronger and better till he developes the seals mid battle and seal her, assuming they are battling for eternity, cuz madz have the brain for that

He loses for the simple fact that she is inside him and he is depending on her power.
