About the teams in Naruto and Boruto

I was wondering how come in every team it is 2 boys and 1 girl? I mean both Konoha and the Sand Village does the same thing.

How come there not one single team which is full male team, full female team or 2 girls and 1 boy?

Only the Akatsuki does it different.

There was no medical team in part 1. No team in part 1 had medical at all.

Her OP strength in the war came from conserving chakra for nearly three years

She can't perform that feat on a daily basis she isn't OP compared to the females at all the way her male counterparts are to other male team members

I remember, yet no shinobi got medical training until end of part 1 or start of part 2.

ino -shika cho fathers
You dont get a good look but i think rock lees sons team all male
chouza's lead guy, gema and ebisu
the blue haired triplets from the mist in the last

no just female unless you count team ajisai from the filler chunnin arc cause she is one of the pains
