"Sasuke's chakra is quite strong, in part because he is the reincarnation of Indra Ōtsutsuki. Though this quality is never really touched upon in Part I, it is frequently noted in Part II: whenever Sasuke's Curse of Hatred deepens, others remark how much stronger, darker and more sinister his chakra becomes ( Orochimaru, Karin , Obito, Tobriama, Kurama, just to name a few ) ". His reserves have also been stated several times in the manga of being incredibly large especially for Uchiha standards ( Him and Madara ). It was large enough that it allowed him to being able to fight Kabuto, Ten Tails clones, Ten tails Obito , Ten Tails Madara, Kaguya and Naruto for long periods of time and only became completely exhausted after his fight with Naruto ( despite only receiving chakra once from Naruto and momentarily being healed by Kabuto when he was near death ) . His chakra reserves also grows once more when receiving chakra from Hagoromo himself thus making his chakra much larger and stronger than it was before.
Aside from Momoshiki, Kaguya , ( possibly ) kinshiki , Hagoromo , Hamura , Tailed Beasts & Naruto ; Sasuke has more chakra than anyone.
