Are you looking for a calc on it? vswikia has his overall speed (without FTG) as Massively Hypersonic. Given his feat of using FTG to intercept the TSB his reaction speed is probably a lot faster than that.

So anything above Massively Hypersonic I guess.

While Sasuke and Naruto charged Obito with AMATERASU WRS Minato easily ran in front of them and when Sasuke and Naruto again were running towards Obito after blitzing him Minato again sped pass them to stop Kakashi. But I think that was ftg idrk there.

And catch that same kunai in him mouth while also having to react to the TSB touching him (which is "instantly" erases anything) that main feat there is why I'm clueless on his reflexes and reaction time.
