Sleeping on a fully mobile Guy, Kakashi can't keep up.

Asuma was laid back, sure. But his punch knives + wind style combo would be pretty deadly. Even if Kakashi still could use Raikiri, Wind > Lighting in the NV. Plus, Asuma had good strategic mind and fire style.

Kurenai has genjutsu and few feats, but without a sharingan, Kakashi could be stuck.
