Neither makes a good combo. Tsunade's medical ninjutsu or chakra supplies don't benefit Sasori in any way. Neither does Mei's mist techniques benefit Kakashi either. Though Kakashi could infuse his raiton in Mei's suiton to stun Tsunade and then take her out.

Kakashi could go underground allowing Mei to use acid mist which prevents Sasori from making chakra strings as any attempt will cause them to melt instantly.

I hadn't considered the bold, but you're right here. It's already shown to damage chakra constructs.

Please do tell how me raiton water is going to stun Tsunade enough to take her out when getting stabbed through the stomach didnt stop her from moving.

Sasori's body is a perfect counter to Mei's acid mist as his body doesnt feel pain and he can use his poison wire to strike her down.

Sure it would however my main point was that Sasori not being able to feel pain can still strike Mei despite her putting up acid mist which she thinks will protect her. Acid mist goes up and Mei lets her guard down while Sasori unleashes his wire straight toward her.

Why would Mei have any knowledge on Sasori?

Regardless, Sasori solos. Primarily do to his use of poison. Mei and Kakashi would not perfectly avoid Iron Sand. And true Kakashi could demagnitize it, could he do it before he gets attacked. Hmm. But then there is still plenty of poison to go around. 100 puppets. Poison Fog. Poison Senbon. Etc.
