Naruto dying in order to Sarada get MS is perfectly plausible

Did I ever say it wasn't a fanfic? Every theory is a fanfic until it gets proven.

It's not really fanfic if all the data emerges has been verified by the amount of consistent facts.When you collect all the data, it can then be used as a conjunction making your whole theory almost guaranteed fact. However yours is just a hypothesis simply because you do not have alot of concrete evidences to support it; it requires alot of inquiry before you testify it.

Although, I think this would be a great way for Sarada to develop. The thought of Naruto or Sasuke dying at that age is kind of spitting on the original story, imo.

Honestly, I think Sarada may simply end up thinking Naruto died, giving her MS, and throwing a red herring for the fans, which is expected from milking a series like this.

Then again, I haven't watched the last two movies or read the new manga...

It could happen that way but she's already began developing her sharingan on positive emotion in gaiden. I don't see why she would not have MS by the time we saw what we did in the first chapter.

I think it makes sense for her to already have it by then if Boruto is going to be doing that and Mitsuki is flaunting SM.

I wouldn't care if a past character died. But off panel relevance still matters and so I doubt it. Naruto and Sasuke are most likely to die due to their power levels or at least be crippled in some way that they can't just come and save the day.

All other characters would be unable to step in and take on a threat that flattened the village, which means they would not need to be killed necessarily beyond the plot of them just dying in the blast.

Sakura is not a major character anymore to be highlighted and killed front and center for Sarada. I can't see them wanting to do that. The only way it could happen is if she pulled a Hinata and got way in over her head without backup. She'll more than likely be remote healing if she didn't die in the blast than actually going to fight. It's never her initial go to.

Eitherway, Sakura death theories are nothing new i guess. If it happened i'd be okay with it. Esp since it happened in a spin off i would care even less, she doesn't even look like sakura to me.

Nope, that wouldn't necessarily mean she cares more about Naruto than Sasuke. She looks up to Naruto and admires him. There's also a big chance that Naruto will teach her stuff and possibly guide her too.

if she's awakening mangekyo sharingan over naruto then yes it does mean she cares more about him...sarada even said "who cares about someone who couldn't become the hokage" when she was talking to boruto and mitsuki about it before the chunin exams
