But he was quite a genius. I guess on par with Obito. Madara would just have more time training him I guess.

He was a genius, and his versatility/skill was way greater than Obito at the time that he was a jonin at the age of 13 pre sharingan. Kakashi is amazing BUT!!!!

Madara can't teach kakashi uchiha jutsus, six path jutsus, and yin yang release because he didn't have the kekkai genkai for it. So it'll fail.
