Hello people, can you please tell me the level of highschool dxd characters.

And the difference in their power on each level.

For example Issei's level in each form. Sirzechs level in base and in his true form.
Level of the dragons, the five dragons level, god level, the celestial dragons level.

Or if satan level is god level.

I think that the strongest are Issei, Sirzechs, Shiva, full Ophis and Vali.
