The ones I have in bold are just speculations and theories that contradict the manga. Sasuke developing a sealing technique is a speculation that we've never seen Sasuke used before. Despite it being a possibility it still remains non factual.

Using Ashura's power thing with Hashi's sealing technique is a contradiction and not possible at all. Sasuke can't use any of Hashirama's sealing techniques and nor can Ashura for that matter. Hashirama being able to suppress biju power comes from mokuton properties alone and the Gracious Deity Gates Hashirama used to suppress the jyubi is a sagemode that both Ashura (maybe) and Sasuke are unable to do. Rinnegan having ashura's chakra in the mix does not give you excess to hashi's power.

The outerpath controls life or death so all he can do now is just revive people with rinne tensei. Sasuke doesn't have the opportunity to Gedo's enslavement jutsu because the statue is in the moon in another dimension. So his best bet is to use chibaku tensei to seal the biju up in that sealing stone which isn't really suppressing biju power.
