Can Sasuke suppress Tailed Beast chakra without the Sharingan?

He can use his uchiha powers through his rinnegan, so when OP said no sharingan i thought he implied both eyes genjutsu. Anything other then a ocular genjutsu he can't control them.

six path coffin seal is absorbing chakra not suppressing. He doesn't have chakra rods never was able to create one either, and the god tree/gedo mazou is no longer with them anymore.

Yeah I know I was saying the genjutsu he cast through his rinnegan was a sharingan power like amatersu.
