Korra runs forward with her right leg driving the bottom of her foot into your stomach using the momentum of the slide to increase its power. From that position she plants her left palm on the ground and turns her hips to the right so that her back is now facing the ground. She swings her left leg up forcefully, kicking the bottom of your chin snapping your head back and knocking you into the air.

it's can keep up with fast movements and copy movement's with ease and it allow me make any move my own
