The Nidaime (Second) Tsuchikage, Mū, is an old foe of his, whom he fiercely fought with. Even now, the Ninja World discusses the topic. Enjoying himself in war as a combat enthusiast, he’s a man who had ascended into becoming the Mizukage because he had engrossed himself with that unique battle sense.

陽気で豪快な彼だが、実戦になると極めて堅実。口寄せした蜃の蜃気楼で敵を撹乱し、その隙に攻撃する。さらに油を使う特異な水遁は多くの忍を苦しめた。
He’s a cheerful and lively person. However, when it comes to battling, he’s extremely solid. Through his summoning of Ōhamaguri no Shinkirō (Giant Clam Mirage), he perturbs the enemy. He strikes during that interval. Furthermore, he has a unique Suiton (Water Release) that uses oil, which has tormented many shinobi.
