This ain't no traffic ticket. When it comes to a serious topic such as feminism, your comments from 10 years ago will always matter. Unless you publicly confess that your views on feminism had changed over the years. She stated that feminism isn’t a stick with which to beat other women with, but she does just that. She continues to perpetuate this modern myth that you have to be physically strong or outspoken or independent in order to be feminist, which simply isn’t true and needs to stop. She gonna lead a lot of young females on the wrong path.

I take a broad approach with it, "we all have issues we need fixed, be a smart and researched voter, shut up and eat your damn pancakes." When anyone says they are a "third-wave feminist", they either don't know what that means, are ironic and just looking for laughs, or are unironic about it, in which case watch out for what they say.

Eh, not really. When it comes to beliefs, holding what someone said 10 years ago over their head as though its still relevant, especially when their views have changed, shows that you probably don't have much to hold against them.

Again, her "not a stick" comments are four years after she made those Beyonce comments. I doubt she has the exact same beliefs as back then. I also don't see where she said feminists need to be those things, but I don't pay much attention to her so
