Provide source. I want to see a huge jump from a state with a population 1.3 million import millions of illegal Mexicans to vote. Isn't voting turnout like 15%. So I want to see a 1000% increase statistic where it proves millions of cases of voter fraud.

It's only swindling if the official doesn't attempt to make good on his campaign promises; which he has been trying to do despite obstruction. He didn't have many "connections," not even within his own party. He is a populist, and his major support came from the people.
