I'm a bit rusty, so pardon me.
Hidan stood graciously, watching as the sun glared ferociously at the surrounding. He hadn't battle in a very long time, and could feel the rustiness affecting the nourishment of his scythe. If it was an entity, it probably would feel neglected, he thought! Yet even with this setback, he didn't hesitate to accept a challenge from his opponent who seemed powerful enough. Partly because he wanted to make it up to his scythe. Smooching his nose from the insistent itching, he watched nonchalantly as his opponent moved into mid-range from his position. He thought; "God, he looks awful familiar." Howbeit Hidan wasn't going to inquire further. The thought of perforating his opponent had encroached his ability to reason. So he immediately alter his stance and channels his lightning chakra towards his right hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning. Next, he liberates the attack towards the opponent in a way it moves disorderly. At the same time, knowing the Lightning ball is acting as a veil, Hidan swiftly perform a bird hand-seal, and cause the ground behind his opponent to rise up in a condense form. Using shape manipulation, he reforms it and cause a spike to emerge, which perforate the upper part of his opponent body. This would be enacted as soon as the ball of lightning reaches you.

No biggie lol. I would rather it be a relaxing, fun fight than an uptight and refreshing one.
Kakuzu, noticing the man summon lightning in his hand, he was hoping that the combatant had something good to offer.... Maybe some techniques or a heart he could steal... Maybe even a bounty... Who knew he would meet this strange, almost familiar man on this day. He appeared to be wasting no time, so Kakuzu wasted none of his time in return. After all, if he didn't get anything from this man upon killing him, at least he would take his scythe as a trophy... "You seem all too confident. That will be your downfall..." Kakuzu stated in a nonchalant tone as he took advantage of his threaded body, opening up his back and releasing thread from his body. As the threads are released with the wind mask attached to it, it takes its own form right beside Kakuzu on his right side about five feet out from Kakuzu. Quickly, the humanoid like creature of threads opens its mouth and releases a devastating vortex of wind, liable to level everything in its path and swallowing the lightning jutsu in its tracks and continuing forth to the unique opponent.

After this ball of devastating wind is released, Kakuzu starts to trail it, running in at a great speed and aiming to close the distance to close range and releasing another figure from his back that would contain his fire heart, however, this would be hard to see behind a wind vortex distorting the vision of the opponent, altering the way things behind it may look, if it is possible to even see what is behind such a behemoth of a jutsu. The newly summoned threads would also trail Kakuzu on his left and ran, no, scurried on all fours, much like a rabbid animal.

As the Lightning ball is liberated, Hidan instantly notice a black sentinel-like figure departing from his opponent's body. What follows up is a massive torrent of wind released by this sentinel. It devoured his Lightning attack, and continued moving towards him. Albeit it would seem the wind attack had lost some of its ferociouscness, prompting Hidan to postulate his Lightning attack effectively diminished the wind potency. Instinctively, Hidan immediately slams his hands on the ground, causing it to elevate in a colossal of height of 20 meters. The reaper made sure the extent of the elevated ground did not extend more than 5 meters from his position, towards his opponent. Expectedly, the precipice created from elevating the ground impeded the wind attack. Correspondingly, Hidan creates a single clone. He decided to go with this, based on his opponent unknown ability to detach threads from his body, which could form an entity capable of using elemental jutsu. As he create the clone, already in contrivance with his new approach, Hidan and his clone steps back, while he slams the ground. The elevated ground is loosen, and forms into a huge landslide that moves violently towards his opponent. Combined with fact, the landslide is perpendicular to your position, and it's made from the whole elevated ground, the potency should be slightly higher than accustomed. Also by now, I'll assume you've already traversed into short-range or just about to. Nevertheless the landslide should quickly get to your position, and encroach your body as well as your fire sentinel. Not only that, the landslide would also encroach your wind sentinel, receiving the same fate as you.
