If this is adult Naruto, then Madara wins in all categories for 2 reasons :
-It was stated in Gaiden that Naruto's skills have got rusty.
-Adult Naruto's cloak is inferior to the one he used in the war arc since he uses regular kuarma cloak instead of Rikudo senjutsu cloak of JJs.

-Naruto is faster. He has better feats from the War and he shouldn't be any weaker than back then.

-No large enough observable difference that'd let anyone note who is superior in this category.

-Naruto is stated to have equal or faster reaction speed than Madara in the War. Adult should be on par with or a little weaker than The Last, which is stronger than the War. Naruto wins here.

-Naruto probably matches Madara here. That or he's a little bit inferior.

no idea about striking speed only character that is way above rest is Might Gai while he performs Asakujaku where he delivers 50 + punches in one panel which is best striking speed in entire manga.

Naruto can use Kokuo ability so he wins here too.
