anyway , I personally like him because he is half a Hyuga , and he kinda reminds me of Neji .and of myself when I used to be 13 , I mean who didn't cheat in an exam when he was in his age

Okay? Naruto saw his bonds as a strength. Sasuke his bonds as a weakness. All this was a result of his families tragedy. That's different from Naruto seeing how good Sasuke was and saying how he was jealous of how cool and strong he was. So much so that he wanted to be like him and made him his rival.

I didn't. If you really think Naruto and Boruto's statements in regards to Sasuke are less impacful than Sasuke's in regards to Naruto then you're delusional.
Naruto wanted to become like Sasuke - he was jealous in multiple areas, & Boruto is dedicating his life to becoming like him. Sasuke spoke of a single way in which he was jealous of Naruto.
