Although the chapter ended the same way Boruto movie ended the chapter had a dozen of new content concerning team shikadai Shinki Gaara Momoshiki(yes he's alive and he had a conversation with Boruto) even boruto's future tatoos were shown in the chapter . it's not a 100% recap chapter .

It doesn't change the fact that it is a recap at all. The next chapter is 'new content'.
