LMAOO the conditions do matter. Fighting to kill in most cases is easier than fighting to capture alive so saying that it's irrelevant is stupid, if either wanted to they could've killed Law.
Considering the fact that both Doflamingo and Fujitora have numerous techniques that work around restraining movement without killing, it's not at all a problem for them, and is probably much easier than trying to hold back attacks so you don't kill.
That just means that the one advantage Law had his gone. Mr. 3's DF was a direct counter for most of Magellan's arsenal while only two of Law's moves don't work against Sabo, Sabo kept up with Fujtiora and ended a fight with him with no minor injuries while Law GOT DICKED by Doffy (who is weaker than Fujitora).
Fujitora is stronger than Doffy because of his Devil Fruit. Fujitora has no speed or strength feats to suggest he's stronger than Doffy, but actually to the contrary. Fujitora left his fight with Sabo with no injuries while Sabo had to exert himself to make Fujitora start going seriously, and ended up with bruises all over him.
Sabo and Law have the same general level of capabilities, with Law edging out in both strength and speed feats, the two parts of Sabo's arsenal that matter most. Sabo just so happens to now have an advantage against Law in terms of his Logia powers, but place them against another person with no inherent strengths or weaknesses, and they'd perform the same by feats.
Kept up with a top tier. A top tier should be faster than Doffy or any of his attacks.
That's not how it works.
Just because you are overall more powerful than another person doesn't mean you are faster than them. Fujitora has displayed inferior speed feats to both Law and Doflamingo.
A couple panels? Law parried Doflamingo's strikes in multiple pages in multiple chapters.Law kept up for a couple of panels, when the fight got serious he ended up losing rather quickly and easily
And yet Sabo only managed to match this physical powerhouse while using the Mera Mera no Mi to amplify his attack, so that places him below even Law. Both of the participants know about each others DFs so they both had that advantage.
Yes, he does. Any admiral level fighter gets the benefits of the doubt over a nonAdmiral level fighter physically. Or is Jozu physically stronger than Shanks?
For one, considering that Jozu is an Admiral level fighter, you make no sense. Secondly, yes. Until Shanks shows feats showing he is physically stronger than Jozu, then he isn't.
