Obito probably did it faster since Pain spent more time searching for Naruto's whereabouts over actually destroying the place. He could've done it more quickly, but its undeniable that he did it more effectively.

The fox is a summoning jutsu that Tobi manipulated with his sharingan which requires Tobi's chakra. The path of pains that nagato summoned to destroy the village is the exact same as Tobi. So you saying Tobi did nothing is the exact same thing as saying nagato didn't do anything. His chakra is being used to manipulate the fox and use tailed beast bombs, that's how summoning jutsu works.
And those people who brought back were not from Tendo realm because Tsunade protected the ones that were remaining, the kyuubi took much more lives including a Hokage which Pain was unable to do.

So quit your biased bs and approach this logically. I'm not wrong.

You still got to give Obito his credit he did some extensive damage to Konoha internal and external... forcing Minato to use the Reaper Death Seal, basically leaving Kushina on her death bed, making Hiruzen take up the Hokage mantle again not long after he just gave the title to Minato etc. And he didnt revive anybody after the fact
