Well if Sakura's parents were not fodder and had trained her when she was little how strong would she be? We can play this game then. To be real until we see Himawari in action outside of a comedic one shot we do not know how strong she really is. I mean if she was really that strong then why did she not defeat the villains in the Boruto movie when she is 3-4 years older?

Sakura had the choice to train and learn jutsu yet refused until Sasuke left the village. Sasuke told Sakura of to train instead obssessing over him, yet Sakura only thing she knows are substitute jutsu and dispelling genjutsu.

No Hinata was forced to train from an early age by her family way before she ever got in the academy. In fact she was a disappointment to her father early on because she did not train hard enough. Most people that age were only good if the had been personally trained by their family which for Sakura meant fodder. Yes she should of trained harder but early on who was going to train her? Kakashi certainly was not interested.

If I remember right Hinata usually trained by herself when she was on team Kurenai, she trained because she wanted to.

Now as for her early age when she was trained by the Hyuga you could be right, I say 99.99% right.

Sakura could of asked someone to train her or go to a library to learn jutsu.

Like every discussion, no one follows the manga itself or have a real bad memory that is why questions like that appear. Sakura is the only one Tsunade can train in the same way. Her chakra control are essential and sealing technique which even shizune cant achieve. Kishi puts everyone in their specific role for a reason. "What if" questions is daydreaming. Btw. in my opinion Hinata was never a weak character or ninja. She was a essential part of the story which keeps the story motivated when time needed it. And even Kishi wanted to show that she is a strong character, allways mentioning his dad talking of her as "too kind" instead of weak. It would be illogical to put her in the role for narutos big help in the fight with pain or in the 4th ninja war when he wants to see her the weakling you seeing her because you forget about the story or dont understand it. Start over again then
