Funny cause the narrative says Naruto rose to power on his own will, and we only look at it from a borrowing standpoint.

I could not care less. When they received Rikudou power, they became figureheads for people who are strong thanks to external power ups.

Sasuke is only slightly better cause he's not a Jin. But it doesn't mean much.

Go read War arc again, It had been shown countless time of Kurama doing all the chakra gathering for Naruto. When Naruto was forcing chakra out of Kurama, he couldn't get all his goals done in the heat of the battle.

If Sasuke were in Naruto's shoes, I bet he would pull off far more complex jutsu than naruto.

Rasenshuriken is far more complex than creating lightning susanno and maintaining control while fighting?

While Naruto had to practice over and over for that Rasenshuriken tech where he had to use 3 shadow clones at first to create.

I'm sorry to say it, but Sasuke is really untouchable when it come to techniques. Dude just engineer shit on the first try with no problem at all!

Bottom line, Sasuke had far more work cut out for him at VoTE2 when it comes to "borrowed powers". You can't disagree with that statement.

I remember reading that naruto is in control for chakra mode, but tailed beast chakra mode or whatever the mode is with the whole jacket, He is not in full control. It was stated that during that point, Kurama could easily take over him during that chakra mode with the whole jacket.

The difference between the two is that Kurama operate as a 2nd player who gather chakra and do chakra control for naruto.

At the end of the day, Sasuke had to put in way more work to make whatever chakra he gets his hands on work for him.

Naruto can just walk around in chakra mode and not worry about chakra control because Kurama is doing it all for him.

Which is why Sasuke will always be a far better skilled shinobi than anybody else in NV!
