Is there anything official about Boruto getting Byakugan?

I know there that image I keep seeing of Boruto with byakugan and chakra cloak, while Sarada got Mangekyou Sharingan and Mitsuki had Sage Mode. I was wondering is that image official? Is it official Boruto will have Byakugan and chakra cloak?

Is it suppose to be new? i hope it is, i don't want any repeats of the old dojutsus, he'll probably get the tenseigan not 100% sure. (probably a dumb question).
