Kmart fraud plz read!?

Ok does anyone know anyone who this has happened to or have had this happen to them
So me and my girlfriend go to Kmart to buy a king size mattress set and other lil things the total was 570.26 but king size mattress it self was 377$ so my girlfriend was gunna pay for the mattress while I paid for the other things so cashier rung up the 377$ so when I inserted her card it said canceled not denied so I tried mine also said canceled so the cashier voided the whole transaction and started a new one same scenario but this time when I inserted her card it said denied so we looked at her and my bank statement and 377$ was missing and pending so her aunt came and bought the stuff for us with her credit card so Kmart said it was wellsfargos problem they had nothing to do with it and it was only pending and was gunna go back on the card so this morning when we woke up she checked her card and it became a hard posted transaction so did mine so now we are both short 377$ so I went to wellsfargo this morning talked to the service manager and he said they have nothing to do with merchant processing that they have to refund my money so we called up there talked to the cash office lady and she said she sees the voided transactions but they didn't take our money so she said they have to send it in to their processing company and now I have to wait for a response from them but I've already filed a dispute with wellsfargo me and her both have

I was just wondering has anyone had this happen to them or if u know anyone
And if u would share this so word can get out cause this also happened to someone else in there

its never happened to me but kmart has alwas been scetchy, theors a reason their closing down, i woulnt use them anymore, go to target or walmart but kmart is overpriced and cheap at the same time

Never happened to me but I stopped shopping at kmarts few years ago because they seemed worse than before. I hope everything revolves and you get your money back.

You should have just called the bank straight up and claimed credit card theft without mentioning what really happened and you would have gotten your money back. Works 100% of the time.
