Madara just has incredible chakra, as others have said. With Hashirama's cells added to him, his chakra is even greater. Obito was capable of performing a similarly large fireball feat (which is pretty noteworthy, since before becoming Juubi Jin, Obito almost never used large-scale destructive jutsu).

Sasuke could probably perform a similarly large fireball, it's just that, by the time Sasuke entered the war, such techniques were really only useful against fodder, so Sasuke stuck to moves that are relevant against high-level opponents.

He has incredible chakra in addition to his mastery over Katon, but doing so limits the amount of damage he can inflict with the attack since all of the chakra is dispersed over a larger area. Of course, this is rectified by chakra compression; simply compressing the attack will allow for greater lethality.

You can see where there attack starts off and then once the Juubi smashed the ground the shockwave acted as an Wind to increase their Fire Jutsu.

Stop trying to make this difficult. Accept manga facts. They can't make Fire Jutsu as big as the Juubi.

Wtf? the juubi smashing the ground has nothing to do with the fireball jutsu the debris didn't even reach the fireball and if anything that smash would disrupt the jutsu because debris decreases fire not increases it. There is no shockwave wind increase fanfic, you can't even point that out in the page.
