Anyone can get caught with their guard down and assasinated. Rob Stark army was far stronger than Walder Freys he just got caught with his guard down. Sasuke and Naruto can both get caught slipping and killed.

When you have good credit and lucrative source of income, you can go to any lender and ask them to finance a house for you (home loan) becuase you financially in the position to pay it back. Have you ever heard of a mortgage? Poor people don't qualify for those and you'll also come to find out that 70% of luxury homes are bought and owned by medical professionals.

Side note: anyone with common sense knows that their living in an apartment becuase their new house is being built, didn't Shizune say she already got into contact with contractors? Or did you miss that? I got the scan....
