What exactly is Rikudo Sasuke? I mean he's an eye guy. The mark of his Rikudo power is the 9 tomoe Rinnegan, take that away what else is there that's Rikudo?

I think I get what you're saying. If we take Naruto's feat of kicking JJ Maddy's TSB while practically in base in account then I'd say Sasuke would probably be around Pain's level roughly with a Rinnegan or Sharingan.

Him kicking the TSB was NOT a base feat, he had RSM activated without the cloak. And my thread was referring to Rikudou Sasuke only relying on his normal Sharingan. So basically 3T Sharingan powered by Hagoromo's chakra.

That's why I said "practically" he had the frog eyes and seal but no cloak. Wouldn't that be equivalent to Sasuke with Rikudo chakra and only 3T?

Three tomoe sharingan sasuke. Well, he will be still be op. He can use crazy level jutsus with just three tomoe. He dismantled the Ketsuryūgan like a boss, tamed the kyuubi at orochimaru's hideout when Naruto wanted to go crazy, but failed. The dude is killer op.
